释义	法律分析：警察可以跨省抓人，公安机关在异地执行拘留、逮捕的时候，当地公安部门应当予以配合。但是一般不会跨省抓捕。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第八十三条公安机关在异地执行拘留、逮捕的时候，应当通知被拘留、逮捕人所在地的公安机关，被拘留、逮捕人所在地的公安机关应当予以配合。第八十四条对于有下列情形的人，任何公民都可以立即扭送公安机关、人民检察院或者人民法院处理：（一）正在实行犯罪或者在犯罪后即时被发觉的；（二）通缉在案的；（三）越狱逃跑的；（四）正在被追捕的。
