释义	法律分析：所谓“开设赌场”，是指开设专门用于进行赌博的场所。开设赌场罪是行为犯，通常意义上的开设赌场罪其行为表现形式主要有三种：一是以营利为目的，开设赌博场所;二是经营、管理赌博场所，以谋取利益;三是为赌博提供条件、设定赌博方式、提供赌具、筹码、资金等组织赌博的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零三条第二款开设赌场的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金;情节严重的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
