释义	法律分析：原则上复印件是不能单独作为证据的，复印章没有法律效应。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第六十九条当事人申请证人出庭作证的，应当在举证期限届满前向人民法院提交申请书。申请书应当载明证人的姓名、职业、住所、联系方式，作证的主要内容，作证内容与待证事实的关联性，以及证人出庭作证的必要性。符合《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民事诉讼法〉的解释》第九十六条第一款规定情形的，人民法院应当依职权通知证人出庭作证。
