释义	法律分析：遗嘱见证人是指亲自见证遗嘱人设立遗嘱，能够证明遗嘱所述事实的人。见证人需是成年人或是有自己的劳动收入，为主要生活来源的年满16周岁以上的人。与继承人、受遗赠人有利益关系的不能作为见证人，因为可能会受利益的影响，很难保证其证明的事实的客观性和真实性。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十条下列人员不能作为遗嘱见证人：(一)无民事行为能力人、限制民事行为能力人以及其他不具有见证能力的人；(二)继承人、受遗赠人；(三)与继承人、受遗赠人有利害关系的人。
