释义	夫妻间是有相互扶养的义务的。夫妻间的扶养是有条件的，主要有： 1、要求给付扶养费的一方，只有在“需要扶养”时，才能行使要求对方给付扶养费的请求权。 2、以另一方有能力履行为限。也就是说一方要求另一方承担扶养义务，也要另一方具备相应的能力，具备一定的经济条件和经济能力承担给付。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十九条夫妻有相互扶养的义务。需要扶养的一方，在另一方不履行扶养义务时，有要求其给付扶养费的权利。
