营业执照副本和正本的区别？ |

区别如下:
1、外表不同：
营业执照的正副本是具有同等法律效力的，在实质上是没有区别的。如果讲区别，那仅仅是外表的形式而已。
2、使用方面不同：
正本是“必须悬挂”在经营场所的明显处，否则你可能因未悬挂执照而受到处罚；副本一般用于外出办理业务用的，比如：办理银行开户、企业代码证、签订合同等等。
3、个数不同：
营业执照正本只有一个，而副本可以有很多个（比如副本1、副本2、副本3）但是都具有相同的法律效力。
营业执照是工商行政管理机关发给工商企业、个体经营者的准许从事某项生产经营活动的凭证。其格式由国家工商行政管理局统一规定。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》 第五十八条 《企业法人营业执照》、《营业执照》分为正本和副本，正本和副本具有同等法律效力。
国家推行电子营业执照。电子营业执照与纸质营业执照具有同等法律效力。
《企业法人营业执照》正本或者《营业执照》正本应当置于公司住所或者分公司营业场所的醒目位置。
公司可以根据业务需要向公司登记机关申请核发营业执照若干副本。
