释义	法律分析：我国法律规定，对于业绩不达标是不是可以扣工资应该看劳动合同是不是有相关的约定。如果劳动合同约定，在业绩不达标的时候，可以根据用人单位的规章制度去进行扣钱。在扣钱之后的工资一般是不能低于当地最低工资标准的，双方在损失发生之后另有其它约定的情况除外。如果没有明确约定的，可以向劳动仲裁所提出。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
