释义	法律分析: 送达，是指司法机关如人民法院按照法定的方式，将法律文书、诉讼文书交付当事人和其他诉讼参与人的诉讼行为。《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》规定的送达方式共5种，直接送达、留置送达、委托送达、邮寄送达、公告送达，另外对现役军人及服刑人员可采用转交送达。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十四条送达诉讼文书必须有送达回证，由受送达人在送达回证上记明收到日期，签名或者盖章。受送达人在送达回证上的签收日期为送达日期。
