释义	法律分析：我国《专利法》规定，发明专利权的期限为20年，实用新型专利权和外观设计专利权的期限为10年，均自申请日起计算。期限的第一日（起算日）不计算在期限内。期限以年或者月计算的，以其最后一月的相应日为期限届满日；该月无相应日的，以该月最后一日为期限届满日。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第四十二条发明专利权的期限为二十年，实用新型专利权和外观设计专利权的期限为十年，均自申请日起计算。
