释义	当兵属于为国家服务，不用缴纳保险，算作视同缴纳。法律依据：《退役士兵安置条例》第四十七条退役士兵到各类用人单位工作的，应当随所在单位参加职工基本医疗保险;以灵活方式就业或者暂未实现就业的，可以参加职工基本医疗保险、城镇居民基本医疗保险或者新型农村合作医疗。退役士兵参加基本医疗保险的，其军人退役医疗保险金，按照国家有关规定转入退役士兵安置地的社会保险经办机构。实行工龄视同参加基本医疗保险缴费年限规定的地区，退役士兵的服现役年限视同参保缴费年限。
