释义	网上通缉，只要犯罪嫌疑人没有到案，是不会撤销通缉的。法律依据：《刑事诉讼法》第一百二十三条：应当逮捕的犯罪嫌疑人如果在逃，公安机关可以发布通缉令，采取有效措施，追捕归案。各级公安机关在自己管辖的地区以内，可以直接发布通缉令；超出自己管辖的地区，应当报请有权决定的上级机关发布。
