释义	法律分析：劳动者可以根据自己的情况在试用期内解除劳动关系，对于自己辞职的情况，用人单位可以不给予经济补偿；但是仍然应该按照劳动者在试用期内实际工作的天数支付相应的工资。用用人单位不能因为劳动者仅仅试工了几天或者因劳动者自己辞职为由拒绝支付或者克扣劳动者的工资，否则，其属于违法行为。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第九条规定，劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
