释义	不可抗力是一项免责条款，是指合同签订后，发生了合同当事人无法预见、无法避免、无法控制、无法克服的意外事件（如战争、车祸等）或自然灾害（如地震、火灾、水灾等），以致合同当事人不能依约履行职责或不能如期履行职责，发生意外事件或遭受自然灾害的一方可以免除履行职责的责任或推迟履行职责。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十条因不可抗力不能履行民事义务的，不承担民事责任。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。不可抗力是不能预见、不能避免且不能克服的客观情况。
