释义	15周岁是不可以打工的，如果你要出去打工15岁是属于童工。这是违反未成年人保护法的。一般的工厂也不敢招这样的不满年龄的工人。但是如果你实在要打工，可以利用假期在亲戚朋友家的店铺里面或者打工也是可以的。法律依据：《劳动法》第十五条禁止用人单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人。文艺、体育和特种工艺单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，必须依照国家有关规定，履行审批手续，并保障其接受义务教育的权利。
