释义	第一，目的不同。绩效工资的目的在于约束，奖金的目的在于激励。第二，权重比例不同。绩效工资的权重一般占 “基本工资”的20%到几倍不等。而奖金一般无权重比例限制，上不封顶，一般视企业业绩或效益而定。第三，要项构成不同。绩效工资是常规项目，奖金是非常规项目。绩效工资根据部门及岗位表现发放，有一定的范围区间，不是有没有的问题，是多与少的问题;而奖金是企业的一种额外付酬方式，视企业效益而定，达不到预定的绩效目标或企业总体经济效益不理想的状况下，可以不发。
