离职以后故意扣我工资怎么办

法律分析：扣钱不合法，只要劳动者是正常提出辞职并离职的，用人单位就不可以扣押员工工资，在离职当天就应当结清所有的劳动报酬；如果单位不是在离职当天结清所有的劳动报酬，劳动者可以到劳动监察部门投诉。如果确实给用人单位造成损失，也需要进行赔偿。
法律依据：《劳动法》第五十条 工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
