绿灯后黄灯最后三秒不算闯红灯。
红灯表示禁止通行，绿灯表示准许通行，黄灯表示警示。黄灯亮时，已经过了停止线的车辆可以继续通行。闯红灯，是红灯亮起后，车辆再越过起止线，进入对向路口的行为。黄灯是车辆等待信号，黄灯亮起时，车辆通过路口，并不算闯红灯。
闯红灯罚款和扣分：
1、驾驶机动车违反道路交通信号灯通行的，一次记6分。机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款；
2、行人、乘车人、非机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者五元以上五十元以下罚款，非机动车驾驶人拒绝接受罚款处罚的，可以扣留其非机动车。
综上所述，如果绿灯只剩下一秒，后面还有三秒的黄灯，此时过路口是不算闯红灯的。但由于马路上来往的车辆过多，在路口很长的情况下，建议只剩下一秒绿灯的时候不要再去过马路。

交通信号灯由红灯、绿灯、黄灯组成。红灯表示禁止通行，绿灯表示准许通行，黄灯表示警示。
第九十条
机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
