释义	除涉及对患者实施医疗活动的医务人员及医疗服务质量监控人员外，其他任何机构和个人不得擅自查阅该患者的病历。因科研、教学需要查阅病历的，需经患者就诊的医疗机构有关部门同意后查阅。阅后应当立即归还。不得泄露患者隐私。法律依据:《医疗机构病历管理规定》第二条病历是指医务人员在医疗活动过程中形成的文字、符号、图表、影像、切片等资料的总和，包括门(急)诊病历和住院病历。第三条医疗机构应当建立病历管理制度，设置专门部门或者配备专(兼)职人员，具体负责本机构病历和病案的保存与管理工作。
