低保户死亡没有安葬费等相关补偿，只是低保户(不含已进入社保的对象)死亡火化可免除800元火化费，先交后免，由家属写书面申请，在社会事务部领取。低保对象生前已纳入社保的则不享受该政策。离退休人员死亡后，其法定继承人应当在3个月内向社会保险经办机构申报丧葬补助费，办理时需填报《企业离退休人员死亡丧葬补助费申领表》交社区盖章，社保员签字后，并携带离退休人员火化证原件、复印件及代领人身份证复印件前往社保局养老保险服务大厅办理丧葬费申领手续。对长期居住在非火化区的离退休人员，除填报《企业离退休人员死亡丧葬补助费申领表》外，还需提供公安机关的死亡证明、法定继承人证明、县以上民政部门出具的非火化区证明及公安机关出具的长期居住证明。企业退休人员死亡后符合供养条件的直系亲属，应在申报死亡的同时，向社会保险经办机构申报供养直系亲属按月领取的救济费。经社会保险经办机构审核确定后，填写退休人员供养直系亲属档案，采集供养直系亲属的信息，从退休人员死亡的次月起，为供养的直系亲属发放按月领取的生活救济费。丧葬费，各地标准不同，一般是一次性补助3个月基本退休费。

《最高人民法院关于审理人身损害赔偿案件适用法律若干问题的解释》 第二十七条 丧葬费按照受诉法院所在地上一年度职工月平均工资标准，以六个月总额计算。
