释义	法律分析：不能断绝血亲关系，没有合法之说。从法律上讲，父母对孩子的抚养义务，成年子女对父母的赡养义务，不因其他原因而改变。血亲之间，父母和子女之间的家庭关系是不能被断绝的，但是拟制血亲之间可以断绝家庭关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国》第一千零四十五条亲属包括配偶、血亲和姻亲。配偶、父母、子女、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女为近亲属。配偶、父母、子女和其他共同生活的近亲属为家庭成员。
