释义	法律分析：单位的公租房退休以后应该还是可以住的，到了退休以后，单位分配的公租房可以跟单位买断，公租房分配给职工时，当时应该有“租赁证”，租赁证等同于房产证。法律依据：《经济适用住房管理办法》第三十九条已参加福利分房、购买经济适用住房或参加单位集资合作建房的人员，不得再次参加单位集资合作建房。严禁任何单位借集资合作建房名义，变相实施住房实物分配或商品房开发。第四十条单位集资合作建房原则上不收取管理费用，不得有利润。
