问题	延毕的毕业生的档案如何处置
释义	只要还未毕业，档案都归学校管理。档案一般还是继续放在学校里的，延期毕业的学生，在取得毕业资格一年内，务必申请纳入毕业当年就业方案派遣，超过一年内不提交申请的，不再受理。因此在取得毕业资格一年内，到学校申请办理派遣手续。法律依据：《中华人民共和国档案法》第十二条按照国家档案局关于文件材料归档的规定，应当立卷归档的材料由单位的文书或者业务机构收集齐全，并进行整理、立卷，定期交本单位档案机构或者档案工作人员集中管理；任何人都不得据为己有或者拒绝归档。
