释义	法律分析：实习期辞职流程我国法律没有明文规定。但是我国法律有规定试用期离职的程序。试用期离职的提前三日通知用人单位，就可以解除劳动合同。试用期没有签订劳动合同但是签订相关的协议书的，员工应当按照协议书报备离职。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
