释义	法律分析：没有血缘关系的姐弟可以结婚。因为因为血缘过近的亲属间通婚，容易把双方生理上的缺陷遗传给后代，所以我国禁止近亲结婚，而没有血缘关系的姐弟属于拟制血亲显然不存在这种问题，因此是可以结婚的。所谓拟制血亲是指本来没有血缘关系，或没有直接的血缘关系，但法律上确定其地位与血亲相同的亲属。由于此种血亲不是自然形成的，而是法律设定的，故又称“准血亲”。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零四十八条，直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。
