释义	法律分析：租赁合同最长期限为二十年。当事人在合同中约定的租赁期限超过二十年的，超过的部分无效。约定了明确期限的租赁合同，租赁期限届满，承租人继续使用租赁物，出租人没有异议的，原租赁合同有效，变为不定期租赁合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零五条租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同；但是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。
