释义	法律分析：有的，劳动合同终止有补偿，但是要看情况，并非所有到期终止的劳动合同都需要支付经济补偿金，在用人单位同意以不低于之前劳动条件提出续签合同，而劳动者不同意续签的，用人单位不须支付经济补偿金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第八十七条用人单位违反本法规定解除或者终止劳动合同的，应当依照本法《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十七条规定的经济补偿标准的二倍向劳动者支付赔偿金。
