释义	法律分析：复婚的时候是要离婚证的，婚姻登记管理机关对当事人的复婚申请，应按照结婚登记程序办理，并在《结婚登记申请书》和结婚证上注明恢复结婚字样，同时收回离婚证。因此，复婚以后，以前的结婚证和离婚证就都收回销毁了，也不存在有没有用了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十三条离婚后，男女双方自愿恢复婚姻关系的，应当到婚姻登记机关重新进行结婚登记。
