释义	行政效率原则是指行政机关在行使其职能时，要力争尽可能快的时间，尽可能少的人员，尽可能低的经济耗费，办尽可能多的事，取得尽可能大的社会、经济效益。行政效率原则主要有三项要求：(1)严格遵循法律规定的行政程序和时限要求;(2)行政机构组织的人员应当精练，能干，任劳任怨;(3)要加强行政决策、行政行为的成本与效益的分析。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《行政许可法》第六条，实施行政许可，应当遵循便民的原则，提高办事效率，提供优质服务。
