释义	法律分析：可以寻找相关证据自己不是在自愿合法条件下写的欠条证明，写证明借条有下列情形之一的，则该借条无效，予以推翻：一、一方以欺诈、胁迫的手段订立借条，损害国家利益；二、恶意串通，损害国家、集体或者第三人利益；三、以合法形式掩盖非法目的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
