释义	法律分析：按照国家教委有关文件规定，对学校或者其他教育机构提出的申诉，主管教育行政部门应当在收到申诉书的次日起三十天内进行处理。在移送管辖的情况下，则从有管辖权的主管教育部门接到移送的申诉案件的次日起计算期限。法律依据：《中华人民共和国教师法》第三十九条第一款教师对学校或者其他教育机构侵犯其合法权益的，或者对学校或者其他教育机构作出的处理不服的，可以向教育行政部门提出申诉，教育行政部门应当在接到申诉的三十日内，作出处理。
