醉驾可以考教师资格证吗 |

酒驾如果被追究了刑事责任，那么是不能考教师资格证的。根据我国相关法律的规定，教师是履行教育教学职责的专业人员，承担教书育人，培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人、提高民族素质的使命。教师应当忠诚于人民的教育事业。受到剥夺政治权利或者故意犯罪受到有期徒刑以上刑事处罚的，不能取得教师资格；已经取得教师资格的，丧失教师资格。失信人员可以考教师资格证吗有下列情况之一的人员，不能申请认定其教师资格：1．被撤销教师资格不满5年的人员；2．丧失教师资格人员；3．被剥夺政治权利或故意犯罪被判有期徒刑以上刑事处罚的人员；4. 受到参加教师资格考试作弊处罚不满3年的人员。教师资格证不需要政审，所以对于考教师资格证是没有影响的。失信被执行人考公务员有影响面试政审，有的省份已经出台规定，对失信被执行人限制录用公务员和事业单位工作人员，有的省份还没有这方面的规定，只有政历政审，符合条件就录用，所以，需要按照当地的规定为准。法律依据《中华人民共和国教师法》第十四条;受到剥夺政治权利或者故意犯罪受到有期徒刑以上刑事处罚的，不能取得教师资格；已经取得教师资格的，丧失教师资格。
