释义	法律分析：退休以后如果没有被返聘的话，那么你的工作还不能满一年，所以是无法拿到年底双薪的，如果返聘继续工作，那么到了年底就可以拿双薪了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十四条第一款第(二)项规定，劳动者开始依法享受基本养老保险待遇的，劳动合同终止。即在没有依法享受基本养老保险待遇的，劳动合同不得终止。一般情况下，达到法定退休年龄的人员，应该依法享受养老保险待遇或者领取退休金时，与用人单位是劳务关系，在没有依法享受养老保险待遇或者领取退休金时，应该是劳动关系。
