释义	共墙是指同一墙壁为相邻双方共同所有或一方所有、双方共用。相邻各方对共墙的使用不得妨碍、损害相邻他方的合法权益，一方不得实施可能危及相邻他方人身、财产安全的行为使用共墙。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百八十九条法律、法规对处置相邻关系有规章的，依照其规章；法律、法规没有规章的，可以按照当地习惯。第二百九十三条建造建筑物，不得违反国家有关工程建设标准，不得妨碍相邻建筑物的通风、采光和日照。
