营运车辆因质量问题无法营运 法律问题
释义
法律分析:
就营运车辆而言，如因质量问题进行修理导致停运，从而产生损失是必然的，车辆销售方应当承担赔偿责任。但实践中，由于停运损失往往没有直接的证据确定或者能够明确的计算，法院的处理方式往往各不相同。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国合同法》一百零七条 当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
