释义	是的。一般处理规定,客户办理存折挂失,除需提供有关帐户信息外,还需凭本人的实名证件办理,代办挂失的还需同时提供代办人和存款人的实名证件.若实名证件己丢失的,客户可凭本人其它有效身份证件或原实名证件发证机关书面证明办理。挂失补发新折,必须由客户本人办理,不得代办。《储蓄管理条例》第三十条存单、存折分为记名式和不记名式。记名式的存单、存折可以挂失，不记名式的存单、存折不能挂失。
