释义	法律主观：根据《上海市职工基本医疗保险办法》规定用人单位及其职工缴纳医疗保险费的年限(含视作缴费年限)累计超过15年的，职工退休后可以享受基本医疗保险待遇。视作缴费年限的计算，由市人力资源社会保障局另行规定。职工到达法定退休年龄、办理退休手续后，可领取养老金的当月，用人单位缴纳的基本医疗保险费计入其个人医疗帐户的部分，按照其在职最后一个月的计入标准计入;其医疗费用的支付，按照退休人员的基本医疗保险规定执行。
