释义	法律分析：两审终审制，是指一起案件经过两级法院审判，得到最终审判结果，不得再提起上诉的制度。具体指，当事人对于初审判决不服的，可以在法定期限内向上一级法院提起诉讼，同级检察院不服的，也可以在规定期限内向上一级法院提起抗诉，上一级法院受理上诉抗诉案件做出判决的，即为最终判决，当事人和检察院不得再次提起上诉、抗诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第十条：审判基本制度，人民法院审理民事案件，依照法律规定实行合议、回避、公开审判和两审终审制度。
