释义
法律分析：
非法买卖土地，如果是买卖基本农田达到五亩以上;基本农田以外的耕地十亩以上等情形的，就可以立案追诉。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第二百二十八条 以牟利为目的，违反土地管理法规，非法转让、倒卖土地使用权，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处非法转让、倒卖土地使用权价额百分之五以上百分之二十以下罚金;情节特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处非法转让、倒卖土地使用权价额百分之五以上百分之二十以下罚金。
