释义	法律分析：企业征用土地的年限是20年。在过去企业征地的年限都是50年，但是根据调查发现中小企业正常周期只有8-12年，所以国家为了土地的利用率更高，对于企业征地的年限进行了裁剪，由过去的50年缩短为20年。法律依据：《协议出让国有土地使用权规定》第二条在中华人民共和国境内以协议方式出让国有土地使用权的，适用本规定。本规定所称协议出让国有土地使用权，是指国家以协议方式将国有土地使用权在一定年限内出让给土地使用者，由土地使用者向国家支付土地使用权出让金的行为。
