释义	法律分析：目前还没有法律规定必须强制火葬。法律依据：《南阳市人民政府关于印发南阳市殡葬服务管理办法的通知》第十四条居民亡故后要实行火化，国家另有规定的除外。禁止将应当火化的遗体土葬。第十九条殡仪馆在承办遗体火化时，必须要求丧户或丧事承办人按照有关规定提供死亡证明、死者身份证、户口本、照片及经办人身份证等相关证件。遗体火化后，应向丧户或丧事承办人出具火化证明。
