公证员执业证书应该如何考？ |
| 释义 |
通过司法考试后，在公证机构实习二年以上，经考核合格后，由公证机构推荐，由所在地司法部门报省审核同意后，报请国务院任命，并由省司法部门颁发执业证书。不需再考试。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国公证法》 第十六条 公证员是符合本法规章的条件，在公证机构从事公证业务的执业人员。
