释义	规模以上企业是一个统计术语。一般以年产量作为企业规模的标准，国家对不同行业的企业都制订了一个规模要求，达到规模要求的企业就称为规模以上企业，规模以上企业也分若干类，如特大型企业、大型企业、中型企业、小型企业等。国家统计时，一般只对规模以上企业作全数统计，达不到规模的企业采取抽样、利用行政资料、推算等方式统计。法律依据：《工业和信息化部、国家统计局、国家发展和改革委员会、财政部关于印发中小企业划型标准规定的通知》：五、企业类型的划分以统计部门的统计数据为依据。
