电邮发送辞职信一般是没有效的，一般电子邮件没有经过公证是不能直接作为证据的，劳动者辞职，最好通过快递的形式给用人单位邮寄一份辞职书，保留好快递详情单以及复印一份辞职书作为证据。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
