释义	法律分析: 借款合同签订之后，如果合同双方需要对借款合同项下的事宜进行变更的，比如借款金额、利息、借款期限、还款方式。那么，合同双方只要能达成一致，签订新的补充协议，对变更事项进行重新约定即可。债权转让原债权人还需要尽到一个通知义务、债务受让原债务人还需要征得原债权人同意。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。第五百四十四条当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
