释义	法律分析：不会。不会发短信,但是会送达文书,送达立案等法律文书是法院的义务,通常而言,法院立案后会先打电话要求当事人去法院领取。如当事人不领取的,法院会采取当面送达、邮寄送达、留置送达、公告送达等方式送达。法律依据：《刑事诉讼司法解释》第一百六十九条委托送达的，应当将委托函、委托送达的诉讼文书及送达回证寄送受托法院。受托法院收到后应当登记，在十日内送达收件人，并将送达回证寄送委托法院;无法送达的应当告知委托法院，并将诉讼文书及送达回证退回。
