问题	合同是否都可以因混同而消灭
释义	合同不会全因混淆而作废。如果债权债务完全混淆在一起，即债权和债务都归一人所有，合同会终止；但如果涉及到第三方的合法权益，不一定因混淆而作废。法律分析合同并不会因混同而消失。如果当事人之间的债权债务完全混同，即债权债务归一人所有，合同终止；但如果涉及第三人的合法权益，则并不一定因混同而消失。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十九条【债权的从权利消灭】债权债务终止时，债权的从权利同时消灭，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。该内容由郝恺宁律师和家和律云共创回答
