释义	债务清偿后抵押仍然是有效的。房产抵押的，应当办理抵押登记。办理抵押登记后，抵押权设立，在债务清偿之前，抵押权长期有效。房产他项权利证上记载的有效期限，对抵押权没有影响，即使超过他项权利证上记载的时间，抵押权仍然有效。债务清偿后，双方当事人要共同到房屋管理局办理抵押权撤销手续。否则，抵押权仍然设定在该房屋上。法律依据《民法典》第六百九十九条、第四百零八条
