释义	法律分析：不是。提醒单不需要交罚款，提醒单上没有写就不需要，只有违规停放车辆并且警告后拒绝立即驶离，妨碍其他车辆、行人通行的才会被罚款。违停这种违章现象虽然不会导致很严重的交通事故，但为了畅通的交通环境，交警们还是会贴违停的罚单来警告和惩罚车主。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
