释义	法律分析：合法，我国目前并没有禁止用人单位雇佣60岁老人的法律。在雇佣人员时，只要双方达成合意，不违反法律是禁止规定就可以。60岁以上老人是可以继续工作的，是合法且没有限制的。只是不能再继续交保险了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》第七十条老年人参加劳动的合法收入受法律保护。任何单位和个人不得安排老年人从事危害其身心健康的劳动或者危险作业。
