释义	法律分析：债务重组是指债权人在债务人发生财务困难时，按照其与债务人达成的协议或者法院的裁定作出让步的事项。也就是说，只要修改了原定债务偿还条件的，即债务重组时确定的债务偿还条件不同于原协议的，均作为债务重组。法律依据：《企业破产法》第七十条债务人或者债权人可以依照本法规定，直接向人民法院申请对债务人进行重整。债权人申请对债务人进行破产清算的，在人民法院受理破产申请后、宣告债务人破产前，债务人或者出资额占债务人注册资本十分之一以上的出资人，可以向人民法院申请重整。
